You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery (EU consumer law), no questions asked. The piece must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping is paid by you. We refund the full product price within 14 days of receiving the return.

Damaged on arrival: send photos within 48 hours of delivery and we ship a free replacement — you never pay for damage in transit.

Personalised pieces (such as custom-text mirrors) are made specifically for you and are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83 (art. 6:230p Dutch Civil Code). This is stated on the product page before you order.
